VISCOUNTS RESTAURANT
Viscounts Restaurant in Dungannnon, Northern Ireland was established over 10 years ago and has won numerous awards including the Belfast Telegraph's Blue Ribbon as one of the four best Restaurants in the Province.
King Arthur and the days of Camelot play a romantic role in the list of mouth-watering fayre at Viscounts Restaurant in Northand Row, Dungannon, where the Head Chef, Suzanne Scott believes that 'eating should be for sheer pleasure'.
And indulging a reputation for dramatic presentation she buys as much local, fresh produce as possible.
Deliciously mingling aromas from a laden buffet during lunch time each day makes this the place to be either in winter or summer.
'An exceptional occasion is without doubt Valentine's Day. Love is positively in the air then', says proprietor Nigel Scott.
As well as fine food Viscounts has an exceptionally large wine list including Chablis, (mainly white), Spanish, Chilean, Australian or everyday Bourgogne Rouge Les Bons.
For those coming to Viscounts Restaurant for the first time the dazzling 19th century glass windows are perhaps the fairest feature of the place.
The decor gives maximum impact with a theme of warm maroon drapes, midnight blue banners embossed with gold heraldic design inspired by 11th century Bayuex tapestry.
At Viscounts there is a consistently high standard of service with staff smartly turned out and presentable.
