The selection of dishes in our menu uses a large variety of spices, not only to enahnce the taste and appearance of the food but also tantalise the taste buds. The dishes selected are mostly form Northern India. The cuisine from that part of India is characterised by Tandoori foods.

We only use the best quality meats, spices, herbs and other ingredients in the preparation of our food.we serve our food without using colouring, additives, or sugar using only fresh herbs and spices. If you feel you would like your chosen dish sweetened or more spicey then please let your server know when ordering.
