The Kashmir offers some of the best Northern Indian cuisine in Galway. This tastefully decorated restaurant has a quiet, subdued atmosphere, enhanced by the subtle background music. The Kashmir is perhaps best known for its buffet lunches, which provide an opportunity to sample a range of dishes.

The Chicken Jhalfrezi with green peppers and onions is very popular, as is the Tikka Masala. Complete your meal with a selection from the dessert menu; the Kulfi frozen in earthen pots is scrumptious. There's also an extensive wine list. Service is good and staff are courteous and friendly.
