After a fascinating six months of a rollercoaster ride we opened Poulot’s to the public Friday November 4th and without many of the hairy situations that usually occur during the first days of service. The calm and tranquil atmosphere can only be accredited to the team formally of Ernies who have been absolutely invaluable over the last couple of weeks. We had a super response from our customers who love the change of décor that opens and brightens the restaurant and complements the modern style and clean lines of Jean-Michel’s cooking. The lighting is equally attractive during the day creating an attractive ambience at lunch time. The dishes are picture to look at, generous in portion and divine in flavour and offer incredibly good value. We aim to offer our customers and evening out, where the pace slows down a little in a pleasant and friendly ambience and the delights of Jean-Michels food can be savoured and enjoyed while a professional and vigilant team work discreetly to complete the experience.
