Located in the city centre with information on accommodation, visitor attractions, tours, events and transport within Belfast and Northern Ireland our staff are here to assist you in planning your visit.

Services include:

- Information: BWC can tell you what’s on and where to go. A range of free tourism literature which covers Belfast and Northern Ireland is available to help you organise your time here. Drop into the Belfast Welcome Centre for a city map, the ‘Whatabout’ events guide, and a Belfast main guide which provides information on accommodation within the city.

- Accommodation Reservations: if you need a room we know where to stay and how to get there.

- Shop: for the perfect gift to take home to a friend or keep as a souvenir of your stay here visit the Belfast Welcome Centre gift shop.

- Tickets for Tours and Events: if you would like to explore the city we have the tour that suits your needs on foot, by boat, or by bus. We also sell tickets for many festivals and events in the city.

- Left Luggage: while you explore or just find your feet we can take care of your luggage.

- Bureau de Change: for your convenience - if you need to change money call into the Belfast Welcome Centre and avail of our bureau de change facility.

- Internet Café: to keep in touch with home by email or just surf the net.

Monday - Saturday June-Sept 9.00 – 19.00, Oct-May 9.00 – 17.30
Sundays 11.00 – 16.00
Closed Christmas Day and Boxing Day.
Outside office hours a touch screen information point is in operation.
